CiV Hayat Sigorta wage system depends on concepts of "Payment for Position, Person and Performance". Fixed income is received by employees in gross amounts, 12 times in a year and determined by evaluating the position definition and qualifications of employees.

Employees receive bonus payments if performed up to expected level and 100 % meet their targets mutually agreed at the beginning of the year.
