Certificates

It has a significant meaning that which certificates are accepted or refused by browser. Depending on the version of browser, users have some alternatives to affect these decisions. In older versions of browsers, certificate authorities were constant. However, in new versions, a predetermined list of certificate authorities is available. The certificates in this list can be known or other certificate authorities can be added. Under control of dependable authorities, if recorded certificate authorities are updated, then you may encounter problems in our pages. If your browser refuses to use an SSL secure connection, then certificate authority required by us should be renewed, if available.

For this purpose, you need to delete recorded certificate in your browser and and place new certificate on your record book of your browser.

Netscape Certificates

Open security information of your browser. (Menu Communicator -> Extras -> Security Information). Under  “Certificates” heading, at “signed by” part, locate "Thawte Server CA"  record. Click on it and delete it by pressing “erase” button. Close Security Information window and call Thawte-Server-Certificate of your browser.

In the following window you are warned about your approval of new certificate server. Confirm this transaction by “continue” button. You can view in the following pages required certificate information, confirm these with “continue” button. At the following page you need to accept some approvals for this certificate. Choose “…Approved web sites…” and “… Approve in e-mail users…” . At the closing mask you need to give an alias. Write "Thawte Server CA" on the blank part of text and press “continue”. Transaction ends with automatic closure of window.

Microsoft Certificates

Open security information of your browser. (Menu View or extras-> Internet preferences -> Content -> Certificates).  You can locate "Thawte Server CA" on the dialog part. After selecting it, erase it with “erase” button.

Close Security information window and call the following Thawte-Server-Certificate. At the following window, downloading option of this data is presented. Select “open file” option and then confirm with “OK” button. Approve following security inquiries till the opened window closes automatically.
